Workout: swim 8 x 250 weights most of the body
i got to the pool late so i just did 250s until they closed. felt pretty good, but i sure slowed down a lot as i went.
it got really cold today and will stay pretty cold for a while. i think i'm going to venture out for a sub 40 bike ride this weekend, without bike guy, who's doing a half marathon. we shall see.
