Workout: ride 25 miles
the bike guy came out and we rode in the cold. i let him borrow my aero bars 'cause i'm not using them. it was an ok ride, but mostly i just thought about louie.
we have to have him put to sleep. he's not going to get better. at least he's at home. but we're all so sad it's just, well, sad.
