UCC doesnt care if i get 70's and im friggin PROUD
today was good i guess. i heared someone was stabbed in front of our school, and that makes me sad. in english,we discussed violence. some boys said that they'd rather not commit violent acts, but not do anything. to me, sitting around is adding to the crime..people have to fight for what they believe, in ANYTHING at all. nothing gets accomplished by twiddling your thumbs. i dont know anything else about the stabbing, but i give out my prayers to whoever was involved.
anyhoo.
we had the speech today from detective stephen. if u dont know, he was shot 3 times and is now paralyzed. he reminds me alot of christopher reeves, who unfortunatly recently died. i think its cool this guy has the balls to talk to schools. i think if it were me, id be pretty depressed and want to die. but hes a great example of someone who goes out there, hoping hes making a difference. and i bet he is. the only annoying thing was all the bleachers were full..and i think some sophmores who dont know there own section are to blame. so i sat on the floor by amy and rachel. <3 u guys.
you would think that they get the buses to stay a lil after considering the fact everyone was in the auditorium and it took like 10 minutes to get out? no-o. of course my bus drivers mean and yells at you when u get on the bus late, so i missed it. luckily ruth gave me a ride. she has the awesomest car. plus, she is awesome.
kelsey and i had a bet and with some terms which im sure arent that interesting. i was pretty confident that id win, but kels beat me :) which is good. 74 baby.
i think its great how everyone OBSESSED with college and i dont give a shee. and a cretain someone in class was annoying me today because they were being such a little brat because they got something wrong. mind you, i got a 67 and i was GRATEFUL.
once again, overachievers can kiss my @$$. seriously.
i mean, soem overachiever people are awesome, but to be complaining over a question u CLEARLY got wrong..and when your grade is a 90 something and pretty much all the class got 70's...you really need to go..
