thank god, i'm free at last!
Maths was OK, Geography was OK. But I'm free. FREE!
Well, I'm free for the weekend anyway. I guess I should study for the three remaining Mocks during the midterm break. But I'm not going to even think about that. This weekend I can do whatever I want. I don't even have any homework.
Sinead has plans to eat a whole tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream tonight. Aoife says she might possibly spend all day tomorrow in her pyjamas. And I just wandered around the kitchen saying, 'I'm free, I'm free.'
'You're not free yet,' my mother said. 'You still have three exams left. Not to mention the Leaving Cert.'
I ignored her. The rest of the Mocks aren't even for a week and the Leaving Cert isn't until JUNE.
I watched Whale Rider and loved it.
