I have started running again and did my first 5K, 43:30. While I got into the NYC Half Marathon in March, I don't think that I will be ready since there is a 3 hour time limit. If I am in town, I will do what I can do. The real goal is NYC Marathon in 2011 which requires me to do 10 races in 2010.
I also may do the NYC Triathlon again as my company is sponsoring a Team in Training team, but I just don't know if I want to go there again having already done it 3 times. Maybe I will do a Danskin race instead.
I really need a goal to get back in shape and I think I have a few now.
The ultimate goal is 50lbs in 2010. Let's see if I can do it!
