Sitting in my hotel room in AZ after having spent the weekend doing the 3Day Walk. I am feeling alot of mixed emotions. It was what I expected and not what I expected. It was amazing to see so many people out there walking. We had about 1700 people and raised $4M. The community support was good, but I was expecting more, especially for the past mile. One of the high lights for me was the cheering sections. They really kept me going. I did all of the first day, and 3/4 of days 2 and 3. I probably could have done all of day 3 but my friends knee was really hurt so took the sweep vans a couple of times. She walked more than she should have and I took the sweep vans more than I wanted to, but it was a good compromise and we were together the who time the most important thing.
