This probably could be viewed as a good or bad thing, but a partly closed door opens fully. Naoto walking through it from some other reality. If you listen closely you can hear American music playing off a radio somewhere in the distance. Oh and why you might think it's a bad thing to see her walking out of the door? She's putting her gun back in it's holster and she's bleeding from the corner of her mouth, and her clothes are a little roughed up. But all in all she seems pretty ok with it.
