Ever try a 3D puzzle?

I got to do one this week. Only metophorically though.

I needed to schedule a training event for:
400 people
In 6 locations
Using 6 trainers
Covering 5 topics of varying lengths
To be complete in 4 weeks
Where training space is not consistantly available
Where the people that report to a given location do not always live near that location
Where limiting travel is a priority
Where each learner needs different topics

Total time for me and my admin - 25 hours (5 of hers and 20 of mine).
Estimated $ saved over the better alternative of bringing everyone to my training center - $61,000.

Completing the task and presenting it to the VP - priceless

I should add that my admin is invaluable. She completely understands what I need from her, and how to find the things that I don't necessarily know I need. This is the reason I've promoted here twce in 3 years. I'll do so again as soon as I can create a title/position to put her in.
