Severe Sinus Infection + Bronchial Infection = Trip to the doctors, one Z-pack, one decongestant, one really loud, throbbing headache of a percussion techniques class, one missed Wind Ensemble Rehearsal, one missed Music History class and 5 hours of trying to sleep with that whole chills/hot flashes thing. Feels great. Mix in a really long night of SAI ahead. It's one I'm looking forward to and at the same time I'm like...man I feel like shit.
Damn.
BRSO went great yesterday, thank goodness. It was fun being in there for a glimpse of something different. I put down my excerpts and the Mozart for summer festivals. Thank you John for recording me and putting the time in. I owe him. Track selecting party Wednesday and then they're off.
One month and 10 days till my recital. Eek.
Time to go lay down again.
