I believe we haven't quite come to a decision on this.
I'm not so sure which way to go myself. Obviously refusing to cooperate will make us look more obvious, but even if we go a long with the interrogations, and are proven to be innocent of Doma, doubtless we'll still be held responsible for the transgressions we have committed.

It's not a decision to make too quickly. There's a lot to be considered.
Worth noting is the possibility that those who are inclined to blame us will most likely do so whether we show up or not, and those who are inclined to support us, such as they are, may interpret us not going as a justified attempt to protect ourselves from a legal system that occasionally seems to operate purely on convenience. However...with as few people willing to see things from our point of view as there are right now, that possibility isn't enough to bank on.
Personally, I believe that going back would be best avoided if possible, but we have to consider where we'd go, and how long we'd have to lie low. It might not be plausible to disappear for too long... If that's the case, it would be better to go immediately, and not arouse further suspicion by delaying.

Yes. I doubt laying low will do us much good, and if we're found outside Vohemar we'll just be sitting ducks for Ivona's ships to find. I wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to find us before Vohemar does. I'd rather go to Berum than have to deal with Ivona's own "fair and balanced justice."

One thing to consider.
Vohemar will definitely be a lot more just in their questioning, and investigations, but as I mentioned before, there is still the fact we are pirates.
Typically I doubt Vohemar would give a rat's ass about this, but now that this matter has entered the public sphere, I would think even they would have more tact than to openly admit they let go known thieves. Especially the one that raided an Ivonian merchant ship.

The fact that we're known to have attacked an Ivonian ship calls into question whether Ivona might pressure Vohemar into turning us over to them, though. If that happens...
Well. Ivona isn't too forgiving to pirates, and they've probably got extra reasons to hate a good half of our crew.
Vohemaro law is much less rigidly defined, and looser on the whole, and much of Vohemar is likely to see the blame being pinned on us as a cowardly attempt by Ivona to hide the blood on their own hands, or something to that effect. You have more first-hand experience with the big shots around here. In a worst-case scenario, if we agreed to turn ourselves in in exchange for the promise that we'd only be tried in Vohemar, what are the odds it would work?
