i started looking for excuses
reading brandon's journal has inspired me to make a long put off update. things between matt and i have actually been doing pretty well lately. but it just seems so mundane and ordinary. everything about our relationship is pretty comfortable and predictable. i seem to be getting tired of the monotony of things.
there's a new guy that is actually very intriguing (sp). he worked at the one hour photo place saturday and we got along immediately. we hung out last night and although wehave very different tastes in most things (i.e. he being a huge rap fan and he took me to a sports bar last night) we just get along really well. and each time we talk on the phone, i really feel like i get to know him better and that it was time well spent. i guess that sounds weird, but that's how it feels. even after i got through hanging out with him, he still wanted to talk on the phone.
