i was watching tv and realized that the little flashes of common advertisements were not because the tv station messed up, its because they were scheduled and payed for.
my guess is that the ads will run for about a week then the company will stop paying for full 30 second ads, and start paying for 1 second flashes of the beginning of their ad. people that regularly watch that station will think they saw the entire ad. yay for tricking people.
