Presents...
SO what did i get?
A discman, which Will claims wasn't a big deal since he was given it by a sales rep and i knew that, but he says he knew that i wanted one. And that right there was the big present - someone actually listens to me.
I seem to have received more stuffed toys than any other birthday which makes no sense. A monkey with velcro hands and feet, an Elephant which makes elephant noises, but i think sound like Godzilla, and something that is trying to be a dolphin, but is actually some sort of face washer or something, that was acting as a tea cosy for a bottle of banana cream alcohol.
A book dealing with Fables and the like which also has the etymology of mythic and 'fabula' words. That's going to provide endless amusement for when i'm stoned and drift into work obsession.
The Sound of Music DVD. There will be revenge for this. Although it will mean that i never watch it again on tv.
A box of Ferrero Roche chocolate thingys.

and i have picked up a cajun/louisiana accent again, from watching episode 6 "Bastogne" of "Band of Brothers"
