Friday Poltz
Friday I attended a divisional meeting, interesting but more stylistic than informative.
I moped around the rest of the day, and bought some fish rather than do much else. Saw Poltz at the Basement.
Once again Poltz was well worth it, bought DVD, One left shoe, and a couple of Rugburns CD’s. Also bought the support acts CD. Forgotten her name, Girl Inc has the disc.
Amanda who worked at McGees was there working, and I said hello, and managed to schmooze myself into a table for free. Girl Inc, Silk, and Isotripy all loved Poltz, his songs, stories and antics were once again a hit. I met Sara from the Poltz list again, and she kind of challenged me to go to the Newcastle gig. which Shelley would later plan to go to, since she can't make the friday gig
Went back to Churchills for pool after the gig, there was no table free so we decided to go for a smoke instead. The roundabout was wet, from all the bloody rain we’ve had, and Girl Inc’s was the closest so we headed there, drank tea, and talked shit for a while. We left when Isotripy decided that she’s had enough (too much).
She gets into the cab without a kiss.
