I have two kinds of Apple keyboards, the kind most commonly seen now with the white keys and I have the older keyboard that has the black keys. I figured today that since I have both styles that sometimes I can use black keys and sometimes white keys. Today I'm using the older black keyed Apple keyboard.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Keyboard and mouse is one of the best if not THE best way to play a first person shooter and a Real Time Strategy game (not to mention sims games).
