Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

Here's a movie I would like to see. I had heard of it before but hadn't got much details about it. Today I read how it's actually Heath Ledger's final movie as he died partway through the filming. Three other actors, Jude Law, Johnny Depp and Colin Farrel picked up the role playing "transformed versions" of Ledger's character. They are donating the money they make from the film to Ledger's youngest daughter who got left out of an old version of Ledger's will. Instead of a Terry Gilliam Film they say it's going to be called "A Film From Heath Ledger and Friends".

I also really like the director who made it. Among the movies he's made before I really like: Monty Python and The Holy Grail, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Brazil, The Fisher King, and Parts of "The Meaning of Life". The Brothers Grimm was OK but not as good as his other work I don't think. For some reason I have never seen "Time Bandits" I need to track down a copy of that to watch. I also have never seen "Fear and Self Loathing in Las Vegas" as I'm not sure I'd like it. It'd help if someone with the same taste in movies as me would watch it and tell me if I would or not... I've also always liked the animations he used to make for Monty Python.

Anyway.... I would like to see "Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus".... it's coming out in the theater on June the 6th.
