We almost made a record - ALMOST!
21 January (Sunday) - work - flight of stairs - 4 times & running around for event management
22 January (Monday) - Gym - 40 minutes on treadmill & surf-riding-machine-thing - 1800calories burnt
23 January (Tuesday) - walk to work & back 1.6km
rest day - 50 situps

24 January (Wednesday) - walk to work 800m
gym - 45 minutes on treadmill & ski-machine-thing 2100 calories burnt

25 January (Thursday) - rest day
walk to work & back 1.6 km

flight of stairs 4 times (at least)

26 January (Friday) - was to go to gym but didn't get out of work till 9pm! But did about an hour worth of walking about
27 January & 28th January (Saturday & Sunday) - work event - 1.5 hours walking each day, 3 hours of standing each day, 5 flight of stairs climbed each day
29 January (Monday) - rest day!
