16th Jan - Tuesday: Walk to office - 800 meters
Badminton - 1.5 hours
17th Jan - Wednesday: Walk to office - 800 meters
50 situps and 40 squats
18th Jan - Thursday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
Evening at the gym: treadmill & wave rider (40 minutes) - 1400 calories burnt
19th Jan - Friday: Walk to office & back - 1.5km
20th Jan - Saturday: gym - treadmill & wave rider (45 minutes) 1800 calrories burned, light weights workout
