weekly wishes
ok, now that i got my monthly goals out of the way, time to think about how i want this week to go.
i concentrated on my calendar today and really looked at what my commitments were for the week and where i had time to schedule things.
workouts: dance class - mon, tues, sat.
run - happys running club wed, 5k sat
woah...saturday is gonna be a busy day with the 5k and dance class, but it should be fun!
reading - well today i had the day off, and i dedicated it to being lazy, so there's was lots of time to read and i'm almost done with one of the books on my list, although it helps that is sucks and is an easy read and i just want to be done with it.
since i have so much acitivity planned in the evenings i'm hoping to concentrate my lunch breaks on my reading, and that should help get my 50 pages each day.
cooking - this week is way less hectic than past weeks, with a lot more days with evening time to actually make a meal! so tonight i'm making pasta and roasted cauliflower. and that should be enough for leftovers for the next couple of days. not sure what i want to bake this week, so i'm still thinking about that one, but i hope to dedicate my sunday to whatever it is i decide on.
as for tslowing down...ha. well today was a good day for that. in fact, this past weekend has been a lot of that. which was much, much needed after last week. last week there was not a single day that i got home before 10pm. but no complaints! i had fun! just ready to slow down this week. i took monday off for that very reason. to just rest and rejuvenate. other than workouts i don't have anything else schedulde until friday, so i think that will be good for the slow down department. even if it's just coffee and a book in the bywater before dance class.
ok, now that's all out, time to cook. and do some laudry. :)
