the start of something new
so, this is intended to be a travelling journal of some sort. we'll see how it goes. i have nothing to say at the moment which isn't a great start. its 10:30 on a saturday evening and im sitting in an internet cafe in the middle of clubland, brisbane. i can hear all the drunk people walking past on their way from one bar to another, which is irritating as i'd love to be one of them but for my horredous lack of money. so it looks like an evening of simpsons repeats in the hostel tv room. my friend claire came all the way from alice springs to visit me the other week and the only way i could afford to show her a good time was to sit down and watch 'aliens' together. i think i need to hatch some fiendish money-making scheme...
