I felt the lord begin to peel off all my skin
Sometimes I wonder if old me would hate new me. My guess is yes.
By "old me" I mean myself in junior high or early high school. I'm pretty sure old me would look at me now and be like "ugh that girl is immature, obnoxious, corny, too sarcastic, a creeper, and annoying."
I think old me and new me would both agree that showers are overrated but that might be it.
Funny that as I grew older I started to take myself less and less seriously.
Is growing older just looking back and wanting to punch yourself in the face?
If I could say one thing it would be: "Relax. You'll be fine."
Too bad ujournal self-combusted. I'd like to look back at myself in 8th grade. If I recall correctly, my very first online journal was called "punkrocks" and I made one very emo entry about hating the OLV fair in 7th grade. I'll just read old LJ entries which are already making me cringe. But hey everyone had ridiculous online journal entries at 13, right?
