So much to do so little time
Starting to worry I’ll run out of time before tadpole comes, and won’t be able to get everything done that I need to before I have to go on leave. Which wouldn’t be an issue except it would mean having to work while on leave, and I don’t wanna!
Tried to plow through things today. Took in a big box of stuff from the house. Emailed/facility-duded requests for our property guys. Sent several emails back and forth with accounting (not sure I resolved any of the issues though).
I met with Justin and showed him how to put together an expense report, and migrated all the files he and I think he’ll need access to over to sharepoint (only for his email to fail to be set up properly).
After work I came home, skipped my shower and went straight to work on my class work. Still took me to the end of Spy Kids 2 to get it all finished though.
Still to do:
lock down rotations
Get winter break sorted
Get Justin to admin meetings?
staffing for full days (including snow days, and winter break)
Room rules
Cleaning expectations
New staff training/on boarding plan
Get new staff situated
Find one or two more kids for program
Read new toolkit
Clean and organize office
Etc etc.
