The Christmas season sent Pit into craft mode because he always tried to give out handmade cards to everyone he knew if he didn't get them presents. Pit didn't want to forget about his friends in far-off places, the ones he had met once upon a time but had to leave FDC. So with what scant resources were available to him, he managed to salvage a few contacts and could send cards to those addresses if he wanted to, and he constructed a few holiday greetings for each of them. He'd done it the year before, too, but the list of recipients seemed to keep growing.
Finished with his bundle, he traveled the small distance to Parakarry's post office for delivery. Pit was particularly pleased about how inviting the venue looked from the inside and out, lit up all special for the time of year. Pit made absolutely sure he had no snow on his boots before stepping in.
"Hi, Parakarry!" greeted Pit, clutching his envelopes close to his jacket while he shut the door. "Brr, it's cold out! I had to run around the school just so I wouldn't freeze up into an angelsicle!"

"I have some cards I want to send out!" Pit replied, thrusting them out in a mittened hand for him to see. "Sonic" was scrawled as nicely as possible on the front of the topmost green envelope, but still looked a tad childish. "I hope I wrote the addresses right... but I'm pretty confident they'll get to the right place."

"You certainly have a lot."
With the utmost care, Parakarry took the letters and carefully inspected each address before tapping them over the counter. "Okay, everything seems to be in check. Wait right here a moment."
In a flash, Parakarry flew into a room in the back that contained several shelves full of letters. He buzzed from one shelve to another, slipping an envelope into each one. He then pulled out some envelopes out from one in particular and fluttered back toward Pit.
"All right. They've all been organized." Smiling, the paratroopa handed Pit the letters. "And these are for you."

"Oh, great! Major thank-you, Parakarry!" the angel praised, beaming. He quickly took to flipping through the envelopes, a look of delight glowing on his face that seemed to increase with every familiar name he spotted.
"It's always nice to get letters from people you haven't heard from in a long time," he commented, smashing them against his coat and holding them close to his chest. "Reading them makes my day. I feel so good after letters from friends!"

"It sure is!" he agreed. "It's nice and toasty in here though."
He set the box cutter aside and floated over the counter. "So what can I do for you today?"
