Who: Brock and YOU.
What: Workin at da car wash sort of.
When: Sunday, August 8th. All day.
Where: The parking lot.
Warnings: Depends who shows up!
Even giant rock-monsters needed baths.
Not very often, of course, as a natural aversion to water made such tasks a bit difficult, but as long as Onix wasn't getting hydro-pumped in the face, Brock found a periodic hosing-down was tolerable and good for getting rid of an accumulation of dirt and mud and grass and everything else that came with tearing up the lawn everywhere his Pokemon went. With fall rapidly approaching, Brock figured he'd take advantage of the warm weather to complete this gargantuan task.
It was a very intensive task, like washing a car on steroids. There was, of course, thirty feet of rock snake to soap down and hose off, after all. Luckily, it was just the kind of all-day, labor intensive, low-thought, distracting activity he needed to get his mind off the embarrassing events of the past week.
Brock himself seemed a little tired and disheveled, but really, it was only to be expected when today's chore was effectively running his Pokemon through a car-washing regimen, complete with copious amounts of buckets, sponges, and suds. Onix was not so much a fan, but was at least cooperative (if not uncomfortable) through the ordeal. As cooperative as a giant rock-monster getting hosed down could be. All in all, a rather conspicuous sight for any who might be crossing the parking lot on this fine sunny Sunday.
