When the class was assembled and sitting in their groups, Robotnik cleared his throat and began his lecture. "Welcome to POLITICAL SCIENCE!! Today we're going to be CONTINUING the nations project, by having you establish the NEXT phase of your nations' existence."
"For all of your muscle, resources and law, you are NOTHING if your nation doesn't have TERRITORY. And as none of your nations currently HAVE territory... We're going to RECTIFY THAT!!"
He reached behind his desk and pulled out four colored flags. He tossed a flag to each group. "I want all of your groups to head out and CLAIM yourselves some TERRITORY on SCHOOL GROUNDS! Obtain them however you wish. Barter, negotiate, cut deals, or simply CONQUER!! Oh, and you have until the end of the period to succeed!! SO GET GOING!!"
