When the Political Science class had assembled, Robotnik stood at the head of the class. On his desk were four leather bound folios of different colors: red, blue, green and black. When everyone was ready, he cleared his throat and began his announcement.
"Greetings, class! I hope you're prepared for this!! Last week I asked you to think about who you would enjoy working with for the rest of the term. And now? Now you get to learn WHY!"
"You will all be doing a GROUP PROJECT that will last ALL TERM. You are going to split into FOUR GROUPS, and together your groups will form YOUR OWN NATIONS!! The project is going to involve several stages, and we will go over those stages throughout the term. Your task TODAY is quite simple, even for YOU.
"First things first, you will all split up into groups. Each group will be considered its own nation. You are free to form your own groups, however if you do not choose one yourself I will ASSIGN you to one. Once assembled, you will NAME your nation, and select a LEADER. It does not matter HOW you choose, so long as you CHOOSE. The leader will be given one of these four folios," he added, gesturing to the pads laid out on his desk. "Here is where you will document everything for your nation. DO NOT LOSE THIS, OR YOU WILL RECEIVE A FAILING GRADE FOR THE ENTIRE CLASS, REGARDLESS!! THAT GOES FOR YOUR ENTIRE NATION, NOT ONLY THE ONE HOLDING THE FOLIO!!"
"As the weeks progress, your nations will grow and expand as we proceed through the remaining steps of the project. So long as your nation survives to the end of the term, you will PASS this project!! For now... GET TO WORK!!!"
