Shadow sat slightly nervously in one of the less-used commons rooms on the first floor. It was small and didn't have all the... amenities of the larger ones, but the couches were comfortable and it didn't have roomless students camping out everywhere. There was nobody else around, so Shadow just kept his head down and listened for that Lombardi guy.
He'd heard a little bit about him from much of the drama that had been transpiring throughout the school, but Shadow wasn't the kind to make judgments based on hearsay and word-of-mouth.
