What: Parakarry's birthdy is today. They are eating manly men man steaks as manly men.
Where: Tex's Rawhide Country Grill Texas Steakhouse, FDC

Max had, for months, promised Parakarry that he'd take him out for steaks. But for whatever reason, it just hadn't happened. But after he, Andy, and Mewtwo had beaten up a talking bass (the musical sort) during the Aparoid War, Max said he'd take them all out for steaks.
And here it was, 11 months later and he hadn't done it yet. And so when he saw that it was his birthday, Max's brainmeats were stimulated and he remembered his yet unfulfilled promise. And Max was a man of his word. So he grabbed some guys and told them they were all eating steak that night, and set off for Tex's Rawhide Country Grill Texas Steakhouse, the steakhouse with the most steak-related terms in it Max could find.
He drove whomever needed a ride in his totally sweet tank.
