When: (BACKDATED) Sometime after Pikloli log (so Louie isn't supposed to be out searching for Piklolis) and before the power got knocked out.
Rating: I'd say PG-13 to be cautious?
Are your soldiers hungry? Are your soldiers tired and need something to re-energize themselves? Do they need pie with crust made from graham cracker and Calorie-mates?! Those bars of which Louie may or may not have made a mini-Final Destination City out of in need for food creativity?
Then here, in this corner of the bunkers, you'll find just what you need. Louie himself had set up a little make-shift 'cafeteria' of sorts, taking a corner with some cooking supplies and electricity and making a 'booth' and tables with chairs with some boxes and wood piled up. He had set out quite a few varieties of food, and was still around to making more, including any requests! ((Also it's up to you what he makes. He'll make anything from normal food to weird bug foods! Also the calorie-mate stuff.))
