I can't remember where i heard this story...but it was about a really poor little boy who had to beg on the street for food. One day, someone took pity on the young boy and gave him an orange. Thr most valuable thing that this boy ever received...a bright, ripe, fragrant orange. Wanting to appreciate the gift and planning on savoring the most valluable thing in his life, the little boy wanted to wait for exactly the right moment to eat the orange. After saving it for a few days, the little boy noticed that the bright orange started to glow less and pretty soon the orange was not the most amazing gift that the little boy received, but rather a rotten orange.
It makes me wonder if I have what it takes? Am I waiting for the values in my life to rot?
