  • Though my ID says I'm 23, my brain begs to differ. They've come to an understanding, so I'm 14. Want to know my mental age? Well, take 14 and multiply it by 2. Then, subtract 23 from that number and there you go, my mental age. If you can't figure this out, then I'm older than you.

I keep thinking about how there are people who love the idea of spending years of their lives learning whether the hydrogen faces forward or backwards or that kind of crap. I mean, ok they want to do that, that's their prerrogative, but a chemical engineer doesn't haaaaaaave to know that by heart. If we had to, then there would be no use for chemists outside the areas of research and teaching.

Ok, whatever with the organic chemistry. I am indeed embracing the procrastinator's creed, which is making me think that perhaps I've embraced it far too much. I'm getting to the point in my semester in which there's no turning back. I decided to drop calculus III cause my teacher doesn't belong in a classroom but in an ancient Egypt exposition, because she's a freaking mummy. And I guess I'll keep coursing organics regardless of passing this next exam or not. The good thing is that I'm ahead with my chemistries, so Organics I is a subject I was meant to be taking next semester and not now, and since calculus is dead, then my next semester should be more relaxed.

Thanks for your reply. Sometimes we forget we're not the only ones strugling with classes and horrible teachers. Thanks a lot.

BTW, I posted a new chapter of my fic last friday. This friday however, I'm posting THE Chapter, so I'm sort of counting the days before I get reviews :D

Oh, and I'm still missing smileys.
