I had another meeting with my old boss today about the fellowship. There were some questions that they wanted her to ask me, and some details of the summer schedule to go over. After the meeting, I found this e-mail in my inbox:
Hello Mandy-
Hope things are going well.
We received the exciting news from [the director] at [the non-profit], that you have been selected as a finalist for their Fellowship position. We are writing to introduce ourselves. [Person A] serves as our Member Development Manager and I serve as the Director. We would like to find a time to schedule an in-person interview with you in the next week.
The final interview is a fairly painless process that should take around an hour. It gives us a chance to discuss the Fellowship benefits, our relationship with [the university] and AmeriCorps, and ask you a number of questions to get to know you a bit better as well as gauge your commitment to service and the Fellowship. We are committed to our program and want to make sure you will be able to participate in all of our Fellow meetings and events.
Here are some days/times we have available:

Please let us know if any of these work for you.
We look forward to speaking with you!
SWEEEEEEEET! I'm going in to meet with them on Friday. My friend-and-current-Fellow said that this was the easiest interview she'd ever had in her life.
I also start working at the office again on June 15th, and will be a TA for the camp again this summer. Also, I'm dogsitting for some family friends for 11 days while they're out of town. For the first time in a long time, money will be going into my bank account on a regular basis, which is AWESOME.
Next step: find a mindless part time job that won't conflict with my hours. *scurries over to craigslist*
Woohoo!
