lets see.... most recent happeningings.... friday night was a huge track meet at our school. dustin and i hung out for a while in the parking lot and played his acoustic guitar. on a whim i called up my friend Alex to see what he was doin. he was jammin with my other friend casey at casey's house. so dustin and i went there and jammed with them. alex got drunk i got lightly buzzed. i didn't want to get drunk because my parents were going to be home that night. after that dustin came over to my house and we jammed together. made up a song. no words yet. just have a rythem and a lead. its under revision. still it sounded pretty sweet when we were playin. I bought a bunch of stuff the other day. 24 Jim Dunlop Nylon picks, 6 packs of D'Addario regulars (.09-.46), a new CGI braided cord, and a Gripmaster. that stuff should be here on Tuesday. i had a band concert down in des moines this morning. it went alright, rode back and sat with the hottest girl in the class of 2006. i let her listen to my mp3 player while i took a nap. i woke up a couple hours later and my head was resting on her shoulder with her pillow under my head (she put the pillow underneath my head). we all had a good laugh. i still need to buy a better amp and an effects board or at least a wah pedal. and if i still have money after that a new pair of humbuckers. and i just got the first half of the Thunderstruck intro down. :)
