I love the way bones feel through the skin. As weird as it sounds, sometimes I like to just rub my hands over my ribs or along my spine starting at my neck. It makes me so happy to feel them. And I love it even more when I reach my arms forward and I can see my ribs in the back.
It's exciting, but I still feel like I have all of this extra skin that won't go away...blah...I'm back up to 87. Which I guess gives me a BMI of about 17.
