The title of my post totally belies its content, which is hopeful and positive. The title is just something I had to say. That's cryptic and I apologize. Everything else is on the up and up

Boo that you had that many cavities all at once but I'm thrilled you had a relatively easy process with getting them fixed, so to speak. I've had two root canals and had no real problems (also was surprised by how easy it was considering how people talk about root canals like they are the worst form of torture; sure, I hate the dentist because I'm constantly having to get things done but the root canals were not that bad. Now, getting an implant was...a little worse.)
I am currently overdue for my 6 month check up mostly because of laziness and pregnancy (maybe those are the same thing?) And, of course, I know being pregnant + my history of teeth issues means I actually really need to go since I know a lot of people who never had a cavity until they had a kid. Maybe I'll have the reverse effect since I've had so many?
I applaud your Xmas in January. You do what works, right? I also love your office and new keyboard. I kinda want to get one for work.
You are going to love your Kindle. I held out for the same reasons until a few years ago but there are so many benefits to it: more books at your fingertips if you finish one; no carrying around heavy books to work/appointments; having the app on your phone for unexpected downtime, and the BIG one for me was the space saving. In the years since I've had a Kindle I've probably ready close to 300 books and, even if I only had bought half of those physically there would be no where to put them.
