Lucius didn’t quite know what to make of it, this thing that had muggle-store-bought written all over it, cheap grassgreen and silver details, with a proud magical touch of starglitter-charms as if to make up for its shameless mediocrity.
Narcissa gazes at him expectantly, as does Draco, only his son does it with a little more warning on his face.
(Don’t mess this up, father.)
Astoria holds Scorpius, who looks at him with face lit up like Draco's before he discovered cunning and consequently lost inherent goodness, and Lucius forces a smile.
“It’s a very lovely Father’s Day card, child.”
