going with the fact we dont knwo if sirius brother relaly died and everything all we know is from word of mouth and we all know how that has been wrong before
I am uncertain but im thinkign R.A.B is Regulus Black... it just makes since.. he was trying to back out of the Dpower of Voldemort and then we get a nice sheet of paper signed R.A.B
is there possibly a child of Regulus that we do not know of?
We know he was a death eater and therefore of a legal age (asusming Voldey wasnt takign children lol)
Is regulus still alive... dunno... may be may not be
but either way he was most likely the one who destroyed the necklace (or hopefully destroyed it) but what happned to the ncklace> for the whole thing didnt need destroying jsut the sould killed... ehh thats another big question.
possiblity of Snape Black friendship in Regulus however unlikely due to diffrent ages... still possible though.
