severe annoyances
So I got myself a spiffy new copy of Windows 7- and installed all up. But there is some small (or perhaps not so small) problem. My ghetto laptop (which has a decent video card, so I don't get it!) doesn't support some of the finer aspects of Windows 7- and says the video card/monitor is too strugglin to do certain things, like run screensavers? WHAT THE? So I go to the Acer website to check if I can just download a driver.. to find that out of the approximately 1 zillion laptop options, mine is one of the few that's not made to support Windows 7. Like I ever thought about checking that ahead of time. WHAT THE? ugh. So it is mostly fine, but the screen is a tad fuzzy which can get kind of annoying..
So I need to research some things- maybe there is a hack I can do or an update out there somewhere. I'm telling ya, though- nothing is ever easy when it comes to me!
And the ipod is still dead. BOOO!
EDIT: The ipod is still dead but I'll be visiting bestbuy after work to check on it there. BUT I did fix the screen issues- it just a matter of installing some more updates. YAY! :)
