Jan 14 Roy (shoulder) is skating on his own but not yet practicing with the Sabres, according to Buffalo's WGR Radio.
Why is he still being broken? Arghhh. Maybe he'll play this weekend, I want my Royzie back!!

In other news, my nose has been alternately runny and stuffy today. It is driving me a little crazy.
Except for that, all is pretty well. Time for sleeps- assuming I can breathe.... G'night.
