Too sick to think up one
Today would never end. I woke up this morning with a runny nose and a sore throat. No problem I thought. Every year my nose starts to run like the mississippi and after a couple days it stops and Im fine. So I went to work. All through work I felt really exhausted and as the day wore on I felt worse and worse. I thought this was because I worked a morning shift and I didnt get much sleep the night before. But everything changed when I got home. I went to lay down for a minute on my couch and that was it. I couldnt get back up I ached all over and I was burning up. It finally hit me that I was as sick as a dog. I finally was able to muster enough strength to crawl to my bathroom and take some asprin. I then crawled back to my couch and hope that it did the trick. It did of course. My fever finally broke and I am feeling a bit better. Sadly I have to head to bed because I have work in the morning. Luckily my job limits the number of people I have to be around and our company cafeteria makes one hell of a chicken soup. So good night all and be warned that cold and flu season is officially upon us. Meanwhile to coin one of my favorite phrases "MEDIC!!!!!" (heh Starship Troopers I love that flick)
