But with this unexpected, not to mention badly timed, visit from his mother, came the realization that the person he is now, the guy who cheats on his wife, who doesn’t talk to his family, is so far from the person he was when he walked into Seattle Grace that it’s impossible to reconcile the two.
And something needs to be done about that because, really for the first time in his life, George doesn’t like the person he is.
That really fits my feelings about the whole period since about mid-season 3 to now. George just isn't who he was then.
You know, I think I'm actually going to put in some Greys. Now the choice is first or second season. Hmmm

Second season. Best. Season. Ever. Although Season 1 isn't bad, because I definitely have some favorites on that.
I'm glad you liked this!

Alrighty. Although I had to really search for the DVDs. They were hidden under a bunch of clothes in my mom's bedroom.
Although I may just watch season 1 just to refresh myself and remember what it was this show was about that made me like it.

Season 1 sounds like a good plan. Those tend to be the ones I don't remember as well.

It does. You look at S1/early S2 and you just can't figure out what the hell they did wrong here.
