New films
Wow, summer 2005 is just moving right along. It's a busy summer, but a good summer. I've gotta make some time to get to the beach.
So, we're getting close to completing our new film, "Puzzled." The editing is almost done. We just have to shoot a few pick-ups, fix a bit of the sound, and add the music (which has almost entirely been composed already). I must admit that it looking great, even better than I imagined! So needless to say, we're very happy with how it is turning out and we're planning a website launch to help promote it. Also, we're going to have a big viewing party in North Hollywood for cast, crew, family, friends, etc. I think 66 STEPS may even play a few songs for the occasion. Anticipated completion is August. And then shop it around to film festivals. We're very curious to see the reactions to this one! :)
Speaking of film festivals . . . another film I DP'ed was screened at a film festival last month. It is called "Somewhere In Between (2005)" and can now be seen on the IMDB. That was a good experience and I hope to work with those cats again someday. I know they're trying to get a feature off the ground.
Anyway, I'm O-U-T for now!
