Nah, not too late. Too late for research stuff, as I said, but there's still time to pull this together and make it meaningful. Problem is the other girl hasn't checked in with the group since the 19th . . .

Absolutely. Plus, in my conversations with the instructor she sounds like she has her priorities straight: she's very interested in us getting useful things out of the class, which I hope to demonstrate.
