The best laid plans...
Remember those great tix I found for Thanksgiving? Well today I get a call from Independence Air, as of 1 October they are no longer flying to LA due to high fuel costs. So there went my reservation. They were so kind as to credit the money back to my VISA, and off I went on a search for a new reservation. I was fortunate to find one that actually costs less with American Airlines (even though I'm not too fond of them, the other airlines were ridiculously expensive). I will have to stay an extra day but at least I can still go.
