My new endeavor
On Saturday, a woman and her two daughters brought a mama cat and two teeny tiny little boy kittens (one brown tabby, one black with white markings) into the SPCA. The boys were so young their eyes weren't even open yet but mama was taking such good care of them!! She was very upset as we transferred them from the cardboard box top that the woman carried them in to our carrier, but settled down quickly once she was reunited with her little boys. Well I couldn't bear to see them put down, so I took them home and I'm fostering them until the little ones are big enough to be separated from mama and adopted. Yesterday, the brown tabby boy's eyes opened!! They are so cute and mama is much more comfortable with my pets now, so I can leave the door to her condo open and let her get some exercise whenever she wants to, though she still tends to stay in there with them. But now, whenever she wants to leave, she covers them with a blanket and goes for her walk. SO CUTE!!
