On September 18, 2006 Pembroke Academy held a revote for Freshman Class President due to complications with the first election. The campaign between Freshman Sally-Ann Gardner and Freshman Jeff “The Dude” Lebowski was spoiled when Mr. Nate Graziano caught Lebowski’s campaign manager, Walter Sobchak stuffing the ballot boxes in Room 1030 before the counting took place.
“I was going back to my classroom, and there he was. Walter had his hand in the proverbial cookie jar. I asked him what he was doing, and he said he wanted to make sure he voted for The Dude. There were stacks of blank ballots on the desk beside him.” Said Graziano.
