Your favourite love song
I am being completely serious when I list this as my favourite love song. I'm not a big fan of ballads, and am generally a miserable sort who only likes love songs if they're about lost love. This song however, even though it's funny, is my favourite love song because it rings so true to me. I've been in a long term relationship with my man for 9 and a half years and it's never been one of those frantically lusty relationships. We were good friends as kids and it just evolved. Sometimes I want to kill him. I'm sure he wants to kill me on a regular basis, but he's my best friend. So yeah, this song;
And then because I'm the sharing type, this is 'our' love song - meaning we 'sing' this to each other all the time, and call each other 'Dream Unicorn' -this is the song I intend to play for our first dance if we ever get married (err...if you're gonna press play, turn your speakers down.);
