Hysteria Anyone?

this is getting rediculous, people. School shootings, psychopaths, sociopaths; these things happen, sure, but preventative measures can only go so far without inciting hysteria, undermining freedoms, and just plain blindness.

Just because a kid draws someone shooting someone else, doesn't mean he's actually going to go SHOOT someone. trust me. i know this one from experience.
