True. We've been keeping the death off our soil, instead locating it within a country that had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11. Killing thousands of kids who signed up for the National Guard to pay for college. Oh, and occasionally raping and murdering innocent civilians along the way.

A comprehensive sex education program delays the age of first intercourse by an average of 18 months. The current administration is completely aware of this, however still ties federal dollars to abstinence. More appallingly, they purport complete falsehoods such as condom use increases AIDS risk. Has teen pregnancy really gone down, or has abortion just risen to compensate?
