went to an antioch board meeting in la.
i love that city and will make a point of living there in a year. 2009. i saw so many lovely friends from a past life, who are getting and staying clean, we are all trying to get and stay clean. its nice to see them, to pick up right where we were, even after three years.
antioch is complicated. its all over the place. i will post more about that later.
the girl is great. its nice to get into something uncomplicated, not goal oriented and fun. there is a lot of laughing. and she likes me and says nice things to me. have not had that in a while.
now i miss my friends in california. hopefully i can convince bea and ciara to move to la in a year. doesnt seem too hard. oh my oh my do i love those kids.
and now im in ohio. its snowing. its 30 degrees. its wet and cold and beautiful in this grey, depressing way, that makes me just want to lay in bed and look out the window. i need to go get my dog.
i wish eloise were a human sometimes so she could come anywhere with me.
